VICe president of marketing and digital experiences

This position is responsible for managing and leading all the RehabPulse marketing activities including SEM, SEO activities, digital branding, social media, marketing campaigns, PR, trade shows and all activities related to promoting RehabPulse. He or she leads the marketing team and plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving significant website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. He/she identifies and evaluates new digital technologies and uses Web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.

VP marketing will report to the CEO, and will have direct reports of the marketing team while executing social, email and other digital marketing tactics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead RehabPulse marketing strategy and communications efforts, driving the digital marketing engagement through best-in-class channel engagement strategies and consumer relationship management.
  • Drive the strategy and execution of our digital presence, ensuring that it meets business objectives.
  • Responsible for the market positioning of RehabPulse brand and growing the product portfolio.
  •  Lead and execute all digital marketing efforts, especially google adwords and SEM, marketing database, email, social media, TV and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and execute social media strategies, lead and deliver out of box campaigns on social media.
  • Provide inputs and oversee the SEO team and design metrics to continuously measure the progress with SEO.
  • Lead and build a world class marketing team.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  •  Lead marketing support in the B2B channel and to the field sales Reps.
  •  Lead and manage advertisement on TV, email marketing campaigns.
  •  Design and oversee compelling content across various platforms.
  • Overlook all activities to manage successful participation in trade show and other industry related events.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Digital Marketing Leadership experience within direct to consumer online retail market.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically with website design and implementation.
  • Must Have: Worked in senior management for direct to consumer e-commerce or healthtech, leading technology firm.
  • 5+ years experience with Digital Content marketing (attract and convert prospects)

Intake and medical billing specialist

This is a key position in the revenue cycle management on the RehabPulse medical insurance claim platform, manages and assists the patients through the claims process, follow-up and correspondence with insurance inquiries/correspondence. The online marketplace generates several incoming chats, phone calls and inquiries related to insurance claim, in addition enquiries generated from the field that need to be processed by providing excellent support and the right product solutions to help the patients with their medical products and mobility needs.

The incumbent will coordinate the process of patient eligibility through our third party sources, help with product selection and coordinate from referral sources, data entry and collection process from patients and payers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Intake-
  • Manage the inbound online inquiries, phone calls, online chats by providing the required support and product solutions to the patients.
  • Responsible for contacting doctors offices and prescribers to obtain necessary information.
  • Incoming referrals from field reps, process the orders and process it for billing to our third party billing platform.
  • Handles patient inquiries and answers questions from referral clinics and insurance companies
  • Billing and Claims –
  • Prepares and submits clean claim information to our third party medical billing company
  • Maintains relationship with billing software company, including appropriate follow-up with support issues.
  • Coordinate the process of patient eligibility through various third party sources.
  • Coordinate with strategic partners on the backdoor and front door patient insurance out of network claims.
  • Collections-
  • Coordinate collection process, and tracking current collections in the ERP system and with accounts team.
  • Ensure appropriate collection of co-pay, spend down and self pay fees.
  • Handles patient inquiries and answers questions from clerical staff of insurance companies.
  • Identifies and resolves patient billing problems. o Denial and insurance follow-up management.
  • Issues adjusted, corrected, and/or rebilled claims to third party payers.
  • Posts adjustments, transfer of responsibility and refunds, as necessary.
  • Assure coding is compliant and up to date.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of experience and education
  • Inbound customer support experience with especially good phone communication skills.
  • Must have at least 3 years of durable medical equipment (DME) billing experience and collection practices, including knowledge of billing related reporting
  • Experience working with medical payers including Medicare, Medicaid eligibility system, and commercial insurance.
  • Working knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 & ICD-10 coding systems; Coding certification preferred
  • Strong keyboard skills.

VICE PRESIDENT OF INNOVATIONS AND technology

This position is responsible for managing and leading the future development of RehabPulse Medical Equipment online marketplace and Insurance claim marketplace. Under his/her direction, the research and development team applies product innovation, data science, technological expertise and clinical excellence to transform how people access and experience DME products and services. The role will lead the activities that will drive integration with different insurance providers (payors), third party product vendors and referral sources with RehabPulse creating a seamless and most convenient use of RehabPulse platform for the end users.

The VP innovation manager will work with internal IT development team, marketing and customer service teams to maximize the online channel and deliver a fluid purchase/insurance claim process for customers. With digital technology background, this person will serve as the RehabPulse platform’s top administrator.

This person will also work with external IT project vendors on various technical innovation led projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Manage the RehabPulse online marketplace with regards to traffic, vendor, site design changes, security, payment gateways, data management, moderation and all other tasks related to successful hosting of E-commerce business.
  • Lead the innovation activity on the RehabPulse platform to maintain market leadership and continue the IP development to protect the technology platform.
  • Lead the integration of RehabPulse claim system with the medical DME billing system, the RehabPulse insurance claim platform is unique to the DME industry and is first of its kind.
  • Lead the multiple projects involving machine learning and deep tech, voice input technology to be part of the RehabPulse platform.
  • Serve as the Power Admin conducting operational oversight of the marketplace as well as end user and third party vendor moderation and assistance.
  • Lead the team of Magento and IT developers located offsite.
  • Give guidance and direction to project teams involved with integration projects with healthcare referral sources and insurance providers.
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues and produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)

Skills and experience required:

  • At least 5-6 Experience of leading digital and technology teams ideally from a healthcare related companies like Teladoc, CVS, United Healthcare, Walgreens, IBM etc.

regional sales director – Central region

This Regional Sales leader is responsible for selling and in servicing all of the RehabPulse 3rd party DME products, Rowheels products and services that will be included from time to time such as physical therapy services and rental to hospitals, rehab facilities, VA medical centers, spinal cord injury center, surgery centers, pain medication, physical therapy centers, home medical equipment providers etc. to promote product, close sales and clinical education. Bring referral directly from the doctors to utilize direct medical billing capability on the RehabPulseclaim.com platform. In addition, lead strategic sales to other wheelchair manufacturers for Rowheels wheelsets that can be integrated with other manufacturer’s wheelchairs. Coordinate bringing 3rd party complementary rehab products for sale on RehabPulse marketplace and grow market share within a specified geographical territory and account base.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop strong respect and presence within the Hospitals/Rehab facilities/VA DME dealers to ensure RehabPulse and Rowheels products are at the forefront of the assigned geographical areas.
  • Drive referral business from the territory for the insurance claim business on RehabPulse platform.
  • Establish strategic action plans for assigned geographical areas to ensure RehabPulse products are participating and winning the product bids and market share within each facility.
  • Develop and manage network of independent sales reps/ATPs within your assigned region to close sales and service the clients.    
  • Partner with clinicians and manage Rowheels Rehab product line in Rehab facility accounts. In addition, managing relationship at DME dealer level to “pull through” the sale at the facility level
  • Develop the relationship with DME manufacturers/vendors to include the product portfolio in the RehabPulse e-commerce store
  • Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and potential customers by effectively designing and executing a call pattern
  • Demonstrate products and services and assist prospective providers – in the selection of those best suited to their needs
  • Report product quality concerns or customer complaints timely according to company quality compliance procedures
  • Work effectively with customer service teams to exceed customer satisfaction goals and sales goals expectations

Requirements:

  • Required 5 years related field sales experience preferably within the DME/wheelchair industry.
  • Previous experience in direct client contact during mobility evaluations with an understanding of the physiology and anatomy of the body and medical terminology.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for Provider (consultative sales approach).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated initiative (self-starter) and ability to work in cross functional team.
  • Availability for overnight travel, as needed and travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Maneuver/lift equipment (50-100 + pounds).

INSIDE SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

This position is responsible for managing RehabPulse inbound sales and customer support both in private purchase sales and during the different stages of insurance claim. The online marketplace generates several incoming chats, phone calls and inquiries on a daily basis and these need to be converted into sales by providing excellent support and the right solutions to help the patients with their medical products and mobility needs. The key focus of the role is to provide customer support and right solutions to convert sales leads generated from the RehabPulse marketplace and from the RehabPulse online insurance claim marketplace. As part of customer support team, process orders and assist on post sales customer service enquiries.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the inbound online sales inquiries, phone calls, online chats by providing the required support and solutions
  • Convert sales leads that are generated by marketing campaigns, customer online inquiries, inbound customer calls, email campaigns, Facebook Leads, web chats, Amazon marketing and other partner web stores. Support all conversion-focused website initiatives led by the Marketing department to achieve E-commerce sales targets
  • Manage a sales pipeline, sales activity, and monthly business forecasting through customer interfacing activities and sales data analysis
  • Achieve monthly sales quota and maintain highest customer satisfaction level
  • Coordinate the E-commerce sales effort with the marketing team: reporting, develop and maintain a predictable forecasting model, input data and manage CRM, provide customer support and ensure all data are properly entered in CRM for future use

Requirements:
